On the May 27 broadcast of MBC FM4U “Perfect day with Lee Sang Soon”, Lee Kwang Soo and actress Ji Ye Eun appeared as guests and talked to DJ Lee Sang Soon about the Netflix variety show “Jae Suk’s B&B Rules!.”
“Jae Suk’s B&B Rules!” follows newbie campsite owner Yoo Jae Suk along with unpredictable staff members Lee Kwang Soo, Byeon Woo Seok and Ji Ye Eun as they interact with guests through games, conversations and chaotic camping adventures designed to help people escape the daily grind.
The show released episodes 1 to 5 on May 26 and immediately proved its popularity by ranking third on the Korean national Netflix charts.
The program also attracted attention because it was created by the production team behind the hit housing reality show “Hyori’s family.” Additionally, celebrity couple Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon also appeared as guests on the show.
During the broadcast, Lee Sang Soon joked after noticing the production team at the radio station, saying: “From ‘*Hyori’s family‘, so many similar programs have come out. You’d think people would get tired of them, but they stubbornly keep making more of them.
Lee Kwang Soo joined in the teasing by humorously expressing the pressure he felt towards the experienced production team, prompting Lee Sang Soon to confidently respond, “I have the production crew under control” showing the confidence of the original pioneer of the “housing show”.
Lee Kwang Soo also shared behind-the-scenes stories involving Byeon Woo Seok, who was unable to attend the radio broadcast due to scheduling conflicts.
The actor hilariously complained: “The guests kept secretly staring at Woo Seok. They were clearly talking to me, but their eyes were looking away. Every time I wondered, ‘Where are they looking?’ it was always Byeon Woo Seok.
After hearing this, Lee Sang Soon agreed, saying: “People’s facial expressions really changed every time they looked at Byeon Woo Seok compared to the others.”
Lee Kwang Soo replied jokingly, “This kind of thing really drives me crazy.”
Meanwhile, episodes 6 to 10 of “Jae Suk’s B&B Rules!” their release is scheduled for June 2nd.
