Singer and actor Lee Joon will share his turbulent life story and extraordinary determination in the next episode of Take the block quiz.
On the May 27 broadcast of the tvN variety show, Lee Joon, who recently attracted attention online as “the hardest working man in Korea” through multiple entertainment appearances he openly opens up about various behind-the-scenes stories that had previously become hot topics among viewers.
Throughout the episode, Lee Joon’s intense childhood experiences are expected to leave a deep emotional impact. He revealed that he started working part-time while still in primary school due to financial difficulties during the IMF crisis era.
The star also opened up about how he pushed himself relentlessly as he prepared to join a dance department, all while nurturing his dream of becoming an actor.
In particular, Lee Joon recalled harrowing memories of his days at school, revealing that his house was infested with cockroaches to the point that he practically lived inside the school’s practice room instead.
He confessed that his biggest dream at that time was simply “living in a clean house”. The actor is expected to move viewers with stories of hardships endured through his naturally optimistic mindset.
