During their conversation, TOP asked Nana what her summer vacation plans were. When she said she didn’t have any, she directed the question to him.
TOP responded simply: “I’m not going on vacation.”
When asked why, he added laughing: “I rested for 10 years.”
The self-deprecating remark quickly caught fans’ attention, referencing his long hiatus from public activities.
TOP has largely stepped away from the spotlight since his 2017 marijuana controversy, which led to a suspended prison sentence. Following the incident, he stopped most of his entertainment activities and eventually parted ways with BIGBANG.
