The ongoing family scandal involving two heirs of Thailand’s powerful Singha Corporation has dominated headlines over the past month. The controversy erupted after Psi Scott accused his older brother, Pi Sunit Scott, husband of actress Mild Lapassalan, of sexually abusing him starting at age 12 and continuing for years. Pi Sunit Scott denied the allegations, but Psi later responded with what many described as a “malicious” audio recording in which Pi allegedly acknowledged wrongdoing. As a result, Pi was suspended from his corporate duties, while Mild Lapassalan reportedly separated from her husband temporarily to reflect on the situation. Meanwhile, Psi Scott appeared publicly on television to speak out against his brother and mother and also took part as a judge in the MGI All Stars 2026 competition.
Now, Psi Scott is preparing for what could become a major legal showdown over inheritance rights involving members of his own family. However, right before a major court battle, the Thai heiress would face another shocking setback.
Psi Scott recently took to social media to reveal a surprising discovery. “I discovered that all the money my grandmother left me in her will, kept in the safe, has completely disappeared and not just the money,” he wrote. “A criminal case is being prepared on this matter.” According to Psi, not only cash but also other important valuables have disappeared from the safe. He added that legal action is already being considered over the alleged theft.
The timing has sparked concern among observers, especially because Psi Scott is expected to face a costly and emotionally taxing legal battle against members of his own family. The loss of what appears to be a significant legacy fund at such a crucial time has left many worried about the future of his position.

Previously, Psi Scott had also shared details of being sued by his mother for assets left by his grandfather. According to him, the lawsuit arose from his mother’s intention to sell jointly owned land in Bangkok. Psi said the property had about nine co-owners and that his mother wanted him to sign documents relinquishing his share. If sold and divided equally, each owner could receive more than 100 million baht. The PSI said that due to the large financial stakes, few relatives sided with him, while many instead criticized him for being “unfilial” towards his mother.
Psi Scott said he repeatedly sought help from relatives, but found that most of them supported Pi Sunit Scott. According to his claims, the influential Bhirombhakdi family, known for its connection to the Singha business empire, has launched an aggressive legal effort to isolate him and protect both Pi and the family’s reputation. His mother has reportedly filed a civil suit accusing him of ingratitude in an attempt to reclaim inheritance assets worth billions of baht. Meanwhile, Pi Sunit Scott, through his wife, allegedly shared land ownership documents online showing both brothers’ names on the property, countering claims that Psi was the sole beneficiary. In the latest development, Pi is expected to testify in court in support of his mother.

Additionally, the family’s legal team is reportedly preparing defamation and cybercrime charges against Psi Scott over his decision to make the private recordings public. Reports also state that relatives are attempting to request a psychiatric evaluation for Psi in court, arguing that prolonged trauma may have compromised his mental stability and questioning the legal validity of the evidence presented.
Despite growing pressure from one of Thailand’s richest families, Psi Scott remained defiant. It claims to have extensive digital evidence, including audio recordings of family gatherings from three years ago and screenshots of conversations involving relatives allegedly linked to efforts to hide the misconduct. The PSI has warned that it is ready to provide further evidence if the legal pressure against him continues.
Recognizing the family’s immense influence in Thailand, Psi Scott would take his concerns beyond the country. It said it had petitioned U.N.-affiliated human rights organizations in Southeast Asia, requesting independent monitoring of judicial proceedings. At the same time, he is said to be working with human rights lawyers to strengthen criminal complaints involving allegations of sexual abuse and incest against Pi Sunit Scott, as well as allegations that he covered up wrongdoing against other people allegedly involved.
