On May 18, MC Mong held a livestream through TikTok in which he strongly denied multiple allegations against him, including rumors regarding military exemption, prostitution, and illegal gambling.
During the broadcast, the rapper also addressed allegations that the company’s funds were used for illegal gambling activities.
“MBC”PD notebook‘ he asked me two things,’ he explained. “Whether I used company operating funds for illegal gambling and how advance payments were used. If people check my bank accounts, they will see everything. Does it make sense to gamble using company money?”
MC Mong then discussed the financial situation around One Hundred and the contracts signed with THE BOYZ after the group left their previous agency.
According to him, THE BOYZ’s former company initially offered around KRW 500 million per member as a signing bonus, while One Hundred reportedly paid a total of KRW 16.5 billion.
“We paid three times more” he stated. “The initial production cost alone was KRW 7 billion. Baekhyun’s first album cost KRW 10 billion to produce and his second album cost KRW 5 billion.”
The artist also defended Cha Ga Won, president of FIAC Group, saying that Cha Ga Won personally invested huge amounts of money in the company.
“He personally spent KRW 155 billion,” MC Mong said. “For example, if the company only needed to spend 100,000 won per member, it would spend 10 million won instead. The conflict between us was inevitable. But people say that the money was used for gambling? Does that make sense?”
He went on to directly criticize THE BOYZ for their ongoing legal dispute with the agency.
“If THE BOYZ members received 1.5 billion KRW each, they would have to return at least 8 billion KRW before leaving,” he stated. “But they don’t even want to give it back. What kind of behavior is this?”

THE BOYZ recently notified One Hundred of their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts, citing serious breaches of contract and a breakdown in trust. The group has also reportedly filed legal complaints against Cha Ga Won for alleged embezzlement under South Korea’s Law on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes.
MC Mong co-founded One Hundred with Cha Ga Won in 2023, but reportedly left the company in July 2025 after internal conflicts emerged.
The live stream has since sparked heated reactions online, with netizens divided over MC Mong’s explosive remarks and the escalating legal battle between the agency and THE BOYZ.
