On May 12, the production team of KBS2’s 2 Days and 1 Night Season 4 announced, “Yoo Seon Ho will graduate from the program,” adding that he will personally say his final farewell to viewers during the broadcast on May 31st.
During his final recording, Yoo Seon Ho emotionally described the variety show as “All about my twenties.”
He continued, “Travelling across the country through this program was an unforgettable and precious experience that I will cherish forever,” expressing deep affection for the show.
Spending his last night together with the cast members, Yoo Seon Ho also shared heartfelt thoughts about the friendships he built during the program.
“Even if my journey on ‘2 days and 1 night‘ is ending, I’m so grateful to have found reliable older brothers who will stay with me for life,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude towards the viewers, adding, “I sincerely thank all the viewers who have shown love for someone like me.”
Yoo Seon Ho joined the show in December 2022 and became the first cast member born in the 2000s in the program’s history. During her time on the show, she attracted attention for her youthful energy, honesty and unpredictable charm.
He mostly entertained the viewers through his “foodie brothers” chemistry with Moon Se Yoon and his team “weak duo” chemistry with DinDin. Her innocent personality as the youngest member also brought new energy to the long-running variety show.
The production team said: “We sincerely thank Yoo Seon Ho for lighting up the program for so long with his youthful energy,” adding, “We will continue to support his future endeavors as an actor and look forward to seeing more diverse sides of him.”
Yoo Seon Ho’s final episode on 2 Days and 1 Night Season 4 will air May 31 on KBS2.
