VIVIZ wins injunction against Big Planet for unpaid earnings

On June 5, the Seoul Central District Court granted the injunction request filed by Eunha, SinB and Umji, suspending their contracts with the agency until the main lawsuit reaches a final ruling.

The decision allows the three members to independently continue the entertainment business while the legal battle is ongoing. Big Planet Made is also prohibited from negotiating contracts on their behalf against their will, forcing them to participate in activities, or asking third parties to block their work.

VIVIZ notified the company of the contract termination on March 4, citing unpaid money, insufficient management support and breakdown of trust between the two parties. According to the ruling, the court found it each member was owed more than 100 million won. He finished it the agency had likely breached its obligation to adequately pay the group.
