According to HK01, TVB star Moses Chan recently rented out his luxury apartment in Beverly Hills, Tai Po for HKD 55,000 per month, maintaining a stable rental yield of around 2%.
Situated on Lakeview Road, the property has a usable floor area of ​​approximately 222m² and features a spacious layout with five bedrooms. Chan originally purchased the unit in 2013 for HKD33.6 million.
The Beverly Hills Villas in Tai Po are known as a celebrity hotspot. Many famous figures reportedly rent or own properties there, including actors such as Chilam Cheung and Anita Yuen, as well as actress Tavia Yeung.
