The dispatch accuses Song Mino (winner) of neglecting his duties during his military service and receiving special treatment from superiors

🔻 According to Dispatch’s investigation:

① Song Mino was transferred to Mapo Residential Convenience Facility in March 2024.

② Mr. L, Song Mino’s superior, brought Song Mino with him after being assigned to this facility.

③ Since his appointment in March, Song Mino has allegedly failed to show up for work consistently. Dispatch verified Song Mino’s work attitude by visiting the facility more than 10 times between November and early December. However, Dispatch has never seen Song Mino, not even once.

④ From time to time, Song Mino would appear briefly, sign up for work, smoke a cigarette, and then disappear.

When Dispatch questioned Mr L about Song Mino’s presence, he refused to provide any documentation citing “privacy reasons”.

🔻 More seriously, Dispatch suspects a secret deal between Song Mino and Mr. L:

The station monitored the facility’s gate from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm during the second week of November, but Song Mino was not seen at all. Other staff also said: “I’ve never seen it.”

When Dispatch checked Song Mino’s presence, Mr. L repeatedly gave excuses such as: “Today is a holiday”, “Today is a sick day” AND “Today he is hospitalized.”

🔻 On October 30, 2024, Song Mino reportedly went on a 5-night, 6-day vacation to Hawaii. According to Dispatch, Song Mino did not return to work even after the trip.

🔻 YG Entertainment responded: “Song Mino works normally.” When asked about the statement of “I had never seen Song Mino in action“, stated YG, “We cannot confirm personal matters.”

On December 3, 4 and 9, Dispatch visited and spoke to Mr L to clarify this issue.

🔻 December 3:

Dispatch: “Does Song Mino work here? Did you come to work today?”

L: “Yes, he works here. Today he is using up his remaining vacation days.”

Dispatch: “So, did you go to work in November?”

L: “Yes”.

Dispatch: “But when we checked, he wasn’t here.”

L: “He came to work.”

Mr L explained that December 3 was a holiday, adding: “Up to this point he has fully assisted with the work. Mino received permission for his trip abroad and today is an approved day off.”

🔻 December 4:

Dispatch: “Did Song Mino come to work today?”

L: “Oh! This morning around 9 I received a call. He said he was taking a sick day. He said he was taking 3 days off starting today. He will probably return to work on Monday.”

Dispatch: “Since your house is nearby, do you walk to work?”

L: “No, drive and park in the underground garage. You probably don’t know this, but he owns a lot of cars.

Dispatch: “Yes, he really has a lot of cars.”

L: “Some are luxury cars, some are normal and there is a yellow one. He usually drives to work in his “normal” car.

(Song Mino’s “normal” car is an Aston Martin. The luxury car is a Jeep Wrangler and the yellow one is a Mercedes-Benz SLK.)

🔻 December 9:

Dispatch: “Hello, did Song Mino come to work today?”

L: “I got a call from your manager. He was hospitalized. He hasn’t been feeling well for a while, suffers from anxiety disorders and other problems. According to his medical records, there are many diagnoses.”

Dispatch: “To this day I still haven’t seen Song Mino. When was the last time you worked?”

L: “He worked on December 2nd”.

Dispatch: “Do you have any evidence that he worked that day (December 2)?”

L: “Honestly I’ll have to check if it worked. He doesn’t come into the office; If he’s in the nearby break room, I’ll check.”

Dispatch: “When do you usually check his attendance?”

L: “If I don’t have other tasks I check in the morning. If I’m busy, I’ll check back later.”

Dispatch: “If he is in the break room, how can you confirm he has been working?”

L: “Apart from punching in the attendance register, there is no other record. I’ll check and if he doesn’t show up I’ll call him.

Dispatch: “So does that mean he was absent without a valid reason?”

L: “It’s not like that. If he doesn’t show up, I’ll call him. If he tells me “I’m sick and I need sick leave”, I ask for a doctor’s note. Sometimes he also uses vacation or sick leave in this way.”

Dispatch: “Have you confirmed whether Song Mino was admitted to the hospital today (December 9)?”

L: “I heard it from his manager. It is difficult to verify his hospitalization.”
