On May 15, Jo Jung Suk held a late-night live stream through the Cheonggyesan Daengi Records YouTube channel, where he spent time communicating with fans in real time.
Starting the broadcast with a smile, the actor joked, “I turned on the stream after I finished my parental duties. I told you I was actually coming.”
During the stream, fans asked if his first daughter, Ye Won, was jealous of her younger sister Ah Yeon. Jo Jung Suk immediately shrugged off the idea, saying: “She’s not jealous at all. She’s incredibly sweet.”
She then explained that her eldest daughter actually cares for the baby even more and hilariously recalled one of her reactions at home.
Putting a finger to his lips, Jo Jung Suk imitated his daughter by saying: “Ah Yeon is sleeping, so please be quiet. Don’t worry!” The adorable imitation made viewers laugh.
Fans quickly flooded the comments with reactions like “She’s already acting like a real big sister,” “He’s so cute,” AND “They look really realistic brothers.”
Jo Jung Suk also briefly talked about his future concert plans during the live stream. He explained, “I probably won’t be able to hold a concert at the end of this year,” adding that filming of a new drama will begin in the summer and continue until the first half of next year.
The actor also confirmed his appearance in the upcoming drama “Paper Man”.
When fans later asked him about his glasses, Jo Jung Suk revealed that he had previously undergone vision correction surgery. He mentioned, “Do you remember the Icelandic episode of “Youth on flowers”, Right?”
He clarified that he did not undergo LASIK or LASEK procedures, instead choosing lens implant surgery. According to the actor, the glasses he currently wears mainly serve to protect his eyes, which is why he often wears them in daily life.
Meanwhile, Jo Jung Suk married singer Gummy in 2018. The couple has two daughters together. Their first daughter was born in 2020, while their second daughter was born last January.
