Only 10 K-pop groups managed to enter the list of most searched idols on Google in South Korea, where all the members were listed!
theqoo has identified the 50 idols who have achieved the most popularity on Google in South Korea this year.
The most searched stars in the most used search engine indicate that the K-pop community is really interested in the celebrities listed below, increasing their status in the entertainment landscape.
According to the statistical graphs divided into two categories, male and female idols, there are only 10 groups that have demonstrated their influence and great relevance by having all their members in the ranking.
Here are 10 groups with all the members among the most searched idols on Google Korea 2024:
The SHIN

The second-generation boy group and “Prince of K-pop” has proven their unstoppable fame even after 16 years by appearing on the list!
Taemin secured the highest spot, at No. 19, followed by Onew (33rd), Jonghyun (35th), Key (44th) and Minho (48th).

The “World’s Biggest Boy Group” flaunted their unflappable stance by dominating the top 10. V ranked 2nd, followed by Jungkook, Suga, and Jin from 3rd to 5th, in order. Jimin trailed behind in 7th place.
Meanwhile, RM ranked 18th and J-Hope ranked 47th.

Despite being rookies, RIIZE has proven why they are the leaders of the fifth generation. Wonbin entered the top 10 at 8th place, the highest and only male idol among the fifth generation idols.
Sohee followed him at number 11, then Sungchan (14th), Anton (20th), Eunseok (41st), Seunghan (42nd) and Shotaro (46th).
BLACKPINK

The “World’s Largest Girl Group” also reclaimed its title, with Jennie taking 6th place and Jisoo taking 10th. Lisa took 15th place while Rosé placed at No. 26.

After this year’s back-to-back successes, Miyeon ranked 20th, Shuhua (29th), Soyeon (37th), Yuqi (39th) and Minnie (46th).

The “Supernova” singer has had a strong influence in South Korea, with Karina topping the top 10 at No. 1, while Winter is at No. 3.
NingNing and Giselle took 30th and 31st place respectively.

Among the members, Jang Wonyoung ranked first, securing second place, followed by An Yujin (4th place). Leeseo ranked 17th, Rei (21st), Liz (25th), and Gaeul (45th).

The sextet has Haewon and Sullyoon as the most popular members at 12th and 13th, in order. Jiwoo also entered the top 50 at No. 38, Lily (41st), BAE (48th), and Gyujin (49th).
THE SERAPHIM

Kim Chaewon is the only one who made it into the top 10 and placed 8th. As for Kazuha, she was ranked 14th and Sakura was ranked 18th. Hong Eunchae was ranked 22nd and finally, Huh Yunjin was ranked 34th.

As for NewJeans, three members made it into the top 10, including Hanni (5th), Minji (7th), and Haerin (9th). Danielle was ranked 27th while Hyein ranked 35th.
