BTS Jungkook Showed Support For Min Hee Jin? Big Hit Music Clarifies Idol’s IG Posts

BTS’s Jungkook has become a hot topic after his Instagram posts hinting at the HYBE-ADOR conflict. Did he support or criticize Min Hee Jin? Big Hit Music has released its explanation.

On September 15, Big Hit Music released a statement in response to BTS’s Jungkook’s Instagram posts the day before.

In particular, the global icon attracted attention last Saturday after writing cryptic captions to photos of his dog Bam, posted to his separate account.

In the first, he wrote: “Artists are not guilty” then I added five hearts of different colors: blue, pink, yellow, green and purple.

After seeing this, K-pop fans claimed that it could be a reference to NewJeans and their official colors, alluding to his support for the group in the midst of the legal battle between HYBE and ADOR.

Since the girl group is currently asking president Bang Si Hyuk to reinstate Min Hee Jin as ADOR CEO by the 25th, netizens think this is also Jungkook’s way of supporting Min and NewJeans’ goal of retaking the old sub-label system.

However, K-pop fans and ARMYs (BTS fans) were left confused when the “Seven” singer posted a follow-up post stating: “Don’t use them.”

Instead of supporting Min Hee Jin, fans clarified the facts. They claimed that Jungkook is only showing love to NewJeans and is actually accusing the former CEO of “using” and involving the girl group in adult matters.

Due to the confusion, Jungkook’s label clarified the idol’s intention behind the posts, but did not answer whether the male idol was actually supporting a certain side. They said:

“We have received confirmation that he published it because he thought that under no circumstances should young artists be dragged into a dispute and used as a shield.”
