On April 24, a video titled “Returning to My Nostalgic Campus After So Long” was uploaded to Kang Sora’s YouTube channel.
Kang Sora visited her alma mater, Dongguk University, expressing excitement as she said, “I have returned to a place full of memories.” She then confessed, “It’s a little embarrassing, but I didn’t graduate from Dongguk University. I was too busy with my career after debuting. I have some regrets about the remaining school days, so I wanted to see how things have changed.”
Reflecting on his time on campus, Kang Sora recalled, “The Department of Theater and Film building was near Exit 6 of the subway station. There was a convenience store on the first floor, and I remember buying kimbap and eating it in the bathroom. After shooting the movie Sunny, I ended up eating in the bathroom too,” drawing attention with the surprising anecdote.
He continued to revisit places full of memories, including the small theater where he practiced acting and the student canteen, recalling his university life.
Meanwhile, Kang Sora married an Oriental medicine doctor 10 years older than her in 2020, and the couple now has two daughters.
