On March 12, Apink’s official social media accounts shared photos and a video of Oh Ha Young dressed as Varang, a villain character from the film Avatar: Fire and Ashes (Avatar 3). Varang had already attracted attention for the fierce image of the warrior and the character’s distinctive look.
In the released footage, Oh Ha Young appeared with blue-toned skin, striking red warrior markings, and a large feathered headdress. The look was further completed with a bold streak of red paint running across the center of her face and long braided hair, creating a striking resemblance to the film character.
What attracted even more attention was the dance challenge to new song Love Me More while wearing the full costume, adding a playful touch to the transformation. Fans reacted with a mixture of amusement and curiosity, leaving comments like “As long as he’s happy” “Sister, are you okay?” AND “Is she really a member of the girl group?”
Adding to the humor, Oh Ha Young left a short comment on the post saying: “I feel a little anxious” which further entertained fans.
At the same time, past comments he had made about his experiences appearing on variety shows resurfaced online.
During an appearance on the YouTube channel Ramyeon shop in XiuminOh Ha Young once talked about her early days in the industry and shared behind-the-scenes stories about appearing on variety shows. He recalled the time when idols often appeared on programs like Law of the jungle, Star KingAND Strong heart.

In particular, she revealed that she once felt pressured to appear Law of the jungle. According to Oh Ha Young, a former agency representative told her: “If you do not attend this show, all your plans will be cancelled” leaving her with little choice but to participate.
Meanwhile, Apink recently held their eighth solo concert “The origin: APINK” from February 21st to 22nd at Jangchung Arena, successfully meeting fans in Seoul. The group plans to continue concert tours in several Asian regions, including Macau, Singapore and Kaohsiung.
Debuting in 2011, Apink gained widespread popularity with hit songs such as NoNoNo, Mr. Chu and My My. This year marks the group’s fifteenth anniversary since their debut.
