Actress Ahn Eun-jin is stepping into the spotlight with a dazzling transformation for her latest role in Dynamite kisswhich will premiere on November 12 at 9 PM KST.
The drama’s press conference was held on November 5 at SBS Hall in Mokdong, Seoul. Director Kim Jae-hyun, main actors Jang Ki-yong, Ahn Eun-jin, Kim Mu-jun and Woo Da-vi were present at the event, introducing the series and discussing their characters.
The drama is about a single woman who poses as a mother to earn money and the foreman who develops feelings for her.
Ahn Eun-jin, who recently made headlines for her remarkable weight loss and stunning pictures, expressed gratitude for the compliments: “Thank you for saying that I took care of myself. I wanted to look cute for this romantic comedy. I thought a lot about how to look gorgeous on screen so that people would see our couple and dream of having such a beautiful love story.”
He also shared his commitment to the role, saying: “I remained nervous while filming. Instead of deciding how to express the character scene by scene, I focused on being fully present in each situation as a character.”
Dynamite kiss marks a significant return for SBS’s weekday drama schedule, making it the first Wednesday-Thursday series in some time. While the drama occupies prime space, expectations are high.
Director Kim Jae-hyun shared his excitement, stating: “When I first joined SBS, Wednesday-Thursday drama series were a hot thing. I’ve always dreamed of directing one, and now I can launch my second project with that lineup. I think we’ve created something really fun.”
With a fascinating setup, emotional tension and explosive chemistry, Dynamite kiss promises to be a romantic comedy to watch this winter.
