Actress Kim Hieora has spoken openly about his past controversies over school bullying and his return to the spotlight with his first commercial film, Savior. At the time, his agency clarified that although he had associated with so-called “school bullies,” he had never participated in any acts of bullying.

After a period of self-reflection, Kim he released a public statement in April 2024 expressing his desire to support every person’s life’s journey, signaling his intention to return. He officially resumed activities through the musical Frida in July and is now making his commercial film debut Savior.

At the press event, Kim declared, “I had previously shared my position through my agency. There were some concerns and I met directly with the people involved. Through in-depth conversations, we cleared up the misunderstandings. Since then we have supported each other and have stayed in touch.”

He added, “I never felt bitter about not being able to work. I accepted it as part of what I needed to experience. There wasn’t a single day that I didn’t think about acting. During that time, I became stronger and more thoughtful, and then, miraculously, I was offered this amazing project. While playing Chun-seo, I put everything into the role. I realized that even the ordinary things that I once took for granted were, in fact, miracles. I have learned to be grateful and will continue forward with humility.”
