On August 12, the Daily Mail reported to the tragic death of Concele Arradaza, a former 35 -year -old beauty queen of the Philippines, who was found dead after being kidnapped for four days in a grocery store in the city of Ormoc.
The fishermen discovered his body drifting offset near Barangay 99 Diit, Ormoc City, on August 4th and immediately warned the authorities.
