After dropping the name “NewJeans” due to the termination of their contract with ADOR, the members hinted at their new journey by unveiling the @jeanzforfree account.
The account was initially teased by collaborators like the director Dee Shin Dongleswho posted a painting tagged with the account, and others who followed suit with cryptic but intriguing posts.

To confirm that it was indeed them, NewJeans shared a story featuring the members and stating that they would now be using the account. Since then, it has been full of posts and updates that have kept fans glued to the screen.
One of the first posts was a group photo titled “Bunnies, our angelz,” which felt like a warm hug to their loyal fanbase. They also had a playful back-and-forth with famous athlete Kim Do Young, proving that despite everything, their charm and humor remain intact.
Just moments ago, however, the group shared something a little more emotional. On a blank page they left a simple but touching message to their fans, known as Bunnies.

The post came right after their performance at Music Bank Festival in Japan, where they performed a setlist full of hits beloved by Japanese bunnies.
