Actress Xu Jiao, best known for playing Stephen Chow’s on-screen son in the 2008 hit film CJ7, has gone viral after reuniting with the legendary director at the premiere of his latest film, Kung Fu Soccer.

Nearly 18 years after CJ7 captivated audiences across Asia, Xu Jiao’s elegant appearance has left many fans amazed by her remarkable transformation from beloved child star to established actress.

According to Sina, Kung Fu Soccer’s long-awaited new sports comedy Stephen Chow has officially premiered in China after several delays and is already generating strong buzz at the box office. Although the film’s debut attracted a lot of attention, one of the highlights of the event was the reunion between Stephen Chow and Xu Jiao.

The pair shared a lighthearted conversation on stage that delighted fans. Stephen Chow jokingly greeted his former co-star by saying, “Long time no see. You’ve grown so much!
