The US entertainment industry is in trouble after prosecutors formally indicted rising singer D4vd (real name David Burke, 21) in a deeply disturbing case involving the death of a 14-year-old girl.
According to American media reports, including TMZthe victim identified as Celeste Rivas was allegedly killed on April 23, 2025. The prosecution claims that the crime involved a sharp weapon and was followed by further actions aimed at hiding the body.
The case quickly attracted widespread attention due to the seriousness of the allegations and the shocking details revealed during the investigation.
Authorities say the victim was last seen in April 2025 after visiting the suspect’s residence in the Hollywood Hills. After his disappearance, investigators tracked suspicious movements allegedly in line with key dates in the case.
The indictment further alleges that the victim’s body was mutilated on May 5, and that the remains were later discovered in an extremely deteriorated condition.
