According to Vogue, Arden Cho, best known as the voice of Rumi in Netflix’s Oscar-winning animated film KPop Demon Hunter s she married Christopher Lee, an orthopedic surgeon from Los Angeles, in a wedding ceremony held in Florence, Italy, on June 27.
Arden Cho and Christopher Lee reportedly met via a dating app in their thirties. Their relationship blossomed over the next few years, and Christopher Lee proposed during a trip to Maui, Hawaii in March 2025.
Wedding photos published by Vogue show the couple exchanging wedding vows in elegant Western wedding attire before honoring Arden Cho’s Korean heritage with a traditional pyebaek ceremony while wearing a beautiful hanbok.
Arden Cho also posted highlights from the celebration on Instagram, describing it as one of the most unforgettable nights of the wedding weekend. She revealed that since the beginning of the planning process, she had dreamed of welcoming guests in the traditional hanbok during the Italian celebration. “I never imagined that we would celebrate with hanbok in Italy, and I was deeply moved that everyone embraced this part of our culture with so much joy.”
