Kim Sung Kyu returns to the Philippines after 11 years for the final of the “LV4” tour.

Kim Sung Kyu reunited with Filipino fans on June 28 as he successfully concluded the last leg of his Asian solo tour, “LV4: Leap to Vector,” at the SM Skydome in Manila.

The concert marked his first performance in the Philippines in 11 years, making the evening especially emotional for longtime supporters.

“It’s been 11 years. Thank you so much for waiting. It’s very nice to see you again,” Sung Kyu told the audience during the show, prompting loud cheers from fans, AllKPop reported.

The concert in Manila concluded a tour that visited several Asian cities, including Seoul, Macau, Hong Kong, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh and Kaohsiung.

Before the tour, Sung Kyu released his sixth solo mini-album, “OFF THE MAP”, featuring songs such as “When I think about you”, “Over It”, “Dreaming”, “Portrait” and “Answer”. Filipino fans were among the first to hear the songs performed live on stage.

Sung Kyu explained that both the album and the “LV4” tour represent his desire to continue growing as an artist and challenge himself in new ways.

During the nearly three-hour concert, he showcased his signature emotional vocals while also playing guitar during several performances. The setlist featured a mix of newer songs and fan favorites, including “Sorry,” “Because,” “60sec,” “Climax,” “Sentimental,” “Fog,” “You,” “City of Angel” and “Savior.”

The performance reflected the different phases of his musical career, from songs released ten years ago to songs that have not yet been officially released.
