Actor Jung Hae In has received criticism online after claims surfaced that he continued to support Kim Soo Hyun during the actor’s much-discussed controversy surrounding allegations from the late Kim Sae Ron case.
According to Koreaboo, the claims came from YouTuber and businessman Eun Hyun Jang, also known as “The God of Business,” during a recent livestream.
Eun said that Jung was one of the few people who stayed by her side during a difficult time and also said that Jung continued to support Kim Soo Hyun when the controversy first became public.
According to Eun, many celebrities distanced themselves from Kim Soo Hyun after the allegations gained attention. He said Jung did not immediately stop following Kim and continued to show support despite public pressure.
Eun shared the information while discussing loyalty among celebrities, but her comments quickly created a different reaction than expected.
Instead of simply praising Jung’s friendship, some international netizens criticized the actor and questioned his decision to stay in touch with Kim Soo Hyun during the controversy.

“He is a friend who gave me a lot of support when we met a few times,” Eun said of Jung’s loyalty, TimesNow reported. He also said that Jung continued to watch over Kim Soo Hyun during the difficult situation.
