According to a July 10 report by Maeil Business Newspaper, IVE’s An Yujin was selected through the general season ticket lottery for DH Bangbae, a luxury apartment complex scheduled for occupancy this September. However, neither the reported selection nor any specific details have been officially confirmed. His agency said it was “difficult to verify.”
Although DH Bangbae was sold under South Korea’s price cap system, it attracted considerable interest because there is no mandatory owner occupancy requirement. An 84㎡ unit was reportedly priced at around KRW 2.2 billion ($1.6 million) during pre-sale, while similar units are now listed at around KRW 4 billion ($2.9 million), suggesting a potential capital gain of around KRW 1.8 billion ($1.3 million).
As news of An Yujin’s apartment lottery success spread, attention also shifted to the assets of other IVE members, especially Jang Wonyoung.
Last November, it was revealed that Jang Wonyoung had purchased a luxury villa at Lucid House in United Nations Village, Hannam-dong, for KRW 13.7 billion (about $10 million)..
