May 19, episode 140 of TEO’s Salon drip featured actors Lim Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun, the stars of My royal nemesisas guests.
MC Jang Do Yeon asked Heo Nam Jun, “Since you’re a twin, people must be curious about a lot of things. What’s the question you get asked most often?” Lim Ji Yeon also expressed interest, saying: “I’ve never seen it, but I hear you two look nothing alike.”
Heo Nam Jun strongly agrees, saying: “If you really see us, we don’t really look alike.” He explained, “My younger brother is older than me and also taller. He also has a darker complexion.”
The actor then made everyone laugh by revealing: “Even though I’m the older brother, my twin never calls me ‘hyung’. Ever since we were kids, he just called me ‘hey’.” She recalled that when visiting her grandparents’ house, the elders were very strict, so they avoided using titles altogether.
He continued, “My younger brother matured much faster than me. I’m technically the older brother, but I was basically treated like the younger one.” He added, “Since my brother was older than me, I inherited his clothes too.”
When asked about popularity during his school days, Heo Nam Jun candidly admitted: “My brother was much more popular. But I wasn’t jealous. I was never really popular.” However, he added, “It has already been confessed to me” revealing that he once received candy and letters on special occasions.
