A new dance video with BTS‘S V just made ARMY’s day a thousand times better. But fans aren’t the only ones to notice the collaboration.
On November 28th choreographer and dancer Lee Jung Lee posted a video on Instagram of her and V dancing to the song “What’s Your Fantasy” by Ludacris (business. Shawna). In it, V shows off his stunning dancing skills and athletic physique as he hits every beat.
ARMYs have been flooding the comments section with praise, but the most popular comment (with over 300,000 likes) is from himself. V wrote, “Ah… I’ll do the dance again next year.” One of the responses to his comment is from the musician Levi (real name Jin Seong Hyuk).
Levi and V have been friends since high school. The two have also worked together on a professional level. Levi co-wrote and co-produced V’s song โBlue & Grey,โ which was originally intended for V’s solo album. Instead, โBlue & Grayโ became a fan favorite on BTS’s 2020 album TO BE.
In response to V, Levi wrote, โYou’re in great shape, man.โ
Some netizens were quick to point out Levi’s choice of word. He referred to V as โ์ด๊ฐโ (chonggak), which can mean โbachelorโ. In English, “bachelor” refers to a single, unmarried man. Therefore, some netizens joked that Levi revealed V’s relationship status.

In this context, where Levi compliments V’s body, โ์ด๊ฐโ is often used to jokingly describe youth or vitality (e.g. a young man, a boy) rather than someone’s relationship status. Even so, many fans are absolutely ready to take โBachelor Vโ off the market!
