A night of voice, connection and intimacy

Singapore marked the final stop on Chen’s Arcadia tour, where on 12 April 2026 the Capitol Theater was transformed into a space of shared emotion and connection.

From the start, Chen appeared in a tailored suit and tie, opening with “No Gravity” and “Fall In Love Again”. The first segment, containing songs such as “I Don’t Even Mind”, “My Dear” and “Deja-Vu”, relied on warm and emotional ballads, allowing her voice to take center stage.

The tone changed during “Starlight,” when Chen removed his robe to roaring applause, marking a transition to a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere. He returned in a black-striped knit sweater paired with dark pants, a softer, more casual look that brought songs like “Brighter Than,” “Hold You Tight” and “Before the Petals Fall.” This segment felt more up close and personal, with Chen engaging the audience between songs while maintaining a strong emotional delivery.

As the concert reached its peak, songs like “PLAYLIST”, “Make It Count” and “Arcadia” brought a wave of energy, with the audience completely immersed, singing along and responding to every moment. For the encore, Chen appeared in an “Arcadia” merchandise t-shirt, closing the night with “Beautiful Goodbye,” “Best Luck” and “Everytime” in a warm and heartfelt finale.

Before the show began, Chen set the tone with a simple question: “Are you all sure we’re going to have fun?” He followed with three promises that would define the night: to scream louder, even if it meant losing your voice the next day; singing along with him, later praising Singapore fans for their volume and energy during “Fall In Love Again”, noting that it was already “enough”; and not to be shy, but simply to enjoy the concert until the end. In one memorable moment, he turned his back to the audience and encouraged everyone to wave to the people next to them, creating an immediate sense of warmth and connection throughout the venue.

Beyond the show, what distinguished the evening was its intimacy. Each attendee, regardless of ticket tier, received a personal selfie with Chen at no additional charge, an unusual gesture that left fans with a deeply personal memory.

As the night drew to a close, Chen reassured fans that the wait for his return wouldn’t be that long. Recognizing how much he missed Singapore and how much he knew he missed it, he sealed the moment with a heartfelt pinky promise, which was captured in a photo with the audience.

Arcadia in Singapore was more than a concert: it was a shared experience built on trust, music and authentic connection. Through a carefully crafted set list, evolving stages, and heartfelt interaction, Chen didn’t just perform, he created a space where fans could be fully part of the moment.
