Recently, Jennie was in Japan for a show and the idol shared some photos while visiting a pizza restaurant in Osaka.
Jennie posed with some pizzas and took photos in front of the store.
Yet, they were photos of Jennie holding a cup Coca Cola logo that received criticism.
Coca-Cola is not listed on the Boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) Official boycott list of the movement. However, Coca-Cola has been named by many as a boycott target due to the company’s involvement in the ongoing human rights abuses taking place in the Gaza Strip against Palestinians.

This meant fans shared their thoughts underneath the post, expressing their disappointment with Jennie showing off the brand’s logo.
Many idols have received criticism for showcasing the brand in content.
