In the last episode of Take the block quizthe beloved Korean heartthrob actor Seung Heon song (also known as Song Seung Hun) has blessed viewers with his timeless image. While talking about how grateful he is to his fans, Song revealed that he once attended his fan’s wedding, where he ended up breaking down in tears.
The guest comedian, Yoo Jae Sukpraised Song for being known for being good to his fans. But for Song, this particular fan was very special as she had been the president of her fan club for a long time.
I’ve known her since I was a rookie actor starting out in show business. When I first met her, she was a student… She would come to visit me on set, still in her school uniform. So she’s been a fan of mine for over 20 years.

When she told Song that she was getting married, he came up with a cute plan to surprise her. On her wedding day, Song showed up unannounced in the bride’s waiting room. The fan was excited to see her favorite star, but at the same time she couldn’t hold back her tears.
A couple of years ago he came to see me on set again and said to me: ‘Oppa! I’m getting married!’ And I thought, ‘Huh?! But you were just a high school kid who followed me everywhere!’ Hearing her tell me about her marriage seemed unreal to me.
I decided to go and see her tie the knot. I showed up unannounced and managed to get into the bride’s waiting room. When I walked in, she was so surprised and absolutely thrilled to see me…but at the same time she started crying.

When he saw the fan crying, Song also felt a rush of feelings. Remembering all the memories he had shared with her over the past two decades, Song became emotional and cried too.
I mean, I went there hoping to surprise her and make her feel good because I was so excited for her. But then, when I saw her, I remembered all the times she came to visit me on set. All those times she showed up in her school uniform and backpack… And there she was, all grown up and ready to get married to the love of her life. Looking at her, I started crying too!

Before things got too out of control, though, Song managed to calm down and pose for a photo with the fan.
I realized, though, that all his friends and family were watching, saying, “Wow!” Song Seung Heon is here!’ If I started screaming at full volume there, things could…maybe be misconstrued. So I collected myself and tried to lighten the mood by asking her for a photo together.
