“No Backstabbing in China” Fiestar’s Efforts Pay Off When They Reach the “Gag Concert”

According to OSEN on November 7, Fiestar recently participated in the taping of KBS2’s variety show “Gag Concert.”

Fiestar joined the segment “Grandma Malja, the King of Communication,” in which comedian Kim Young-hee, dressed as the character Grandma Malja, interacts with the audience and provides answers to their concerns. This segment previously featured various celebrities, including ZEROBASEONE, Chaeyeon, Ahn Hye-kyung, Solbi, Lee Hye-jung, Sleepy, Yoon Hyung-bin, Song Hae-na, Seo Dong-joo, Yoo Hee-kwan, Ji Seung -hyun, DinDin, Park Seul-gi, Sayuri, Kim Seung-hyun and Jang Jung-yoon, Kim Sung-ryung, Kim Ga-yeon, Choi Joon-seok, Kim Jung-hwa and Yoo Eun-sung, No Min- woo and Shim Hyung-rae, who shared their concerns and received refreshing advice.

Fiestar recently made a comeback after six years and is actively promoting it. Cao Lu expressed “My dream was to get together one day, and to achieve that, I worked in live trading in China to save money. With that money I bought the rights to Fiestar’s song “You’re Pitiful””, officially announcing the return of Fiestar.

Led by Cao Lu, Fiestar reunited to remake “You’re Pitiful,” revisiting aspects such as the costumes, arrangement, choreography and music video to improve elements they had previously found lacking. Reuniting for their 12th debut anniversary, Fiestar released the remake of “You’re Pitiful” on August 31st, offering a meaningful gift to their fans.

Next, Fiestar performed “Show! Music Core”, appeared on various variety shows and engaged fans. In particular, Cao Lu appeared on MBC’s “Radio Star”, where she cleared up rumors such as “backstabbing” accusations, adding meaning by performing together to its members.

Meanwhile, KBS2’s “Gag Concert” airs every Sunday at 11pm.
