SHINee‘S Minho did some fact checking when it came to revealing the “rules” for SM Entertainment Images.
Minho recently appeared Generation of girls Hyoyeon‘s YouTube channel.
During the video, it was pointed out that Minho is one of SM Entertainment’s visuals and that there is a criteria for “SM’s best face.” Hyoyeon wanted Minho to check them out.
They immediately confirmed that the first one was correct,
Minho revealed that they weren’t allowed to talk and that only the leader could, and Hyoyeon agreed that it was the same for Girls’ Generation. Hilariously, they both explained that their leaders (A new one AND Taeyeon) we were very shy and struggled with that.
One thing that wasn’t true was that they couldn’t smile; as Minho said, it was actually the opposite.
There were no rules against crying.
While they were not directly told not to close their eyes, like most idols, they were told not to avoid the camera and, instead of looking down, to look straight ahead.
In the rule that said, “Don’t get caught going to the bathroom,” Minho made it clear that they had to notify someone if they needed to go to the bathroom.
