On October 17, ADOR officially announced the reappointment of Min Hee Jin as the company’s internal director.
“Today, ADOR held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and reappointed former CEO Min Hee Jin as internal director,” they said in a statement. Min Hee Jin’s original tenure as in-house director was due to end on November 1, but with this reappointment, she will continue in the position for another three years starting November 2, ensuring her continued involvement in the company’s creative direction and strategy .
In August, ADOR announced that Min Hee Jin would step down as CEO, but would remain involved in producing content for NewJeans, one of the label’s most successful acts. Despite his resignation from the role of CEO, fans and NewJeans members themselves have expressed strong support for Min Hee Jin.
