On October 3, AOMG announced its departure via its social media platforms.

“We would like to inform you that Loco’s exclusive contract with AOMG has ended,” the post read. “We sincerely thank Loco, who has made AOMG shine for a long time since 2013, and all the fans who have shown him so much love and support.

That same day, at 6 PM KST, Loco launched his new single “SEE YOU” across various online music platforms, a touching release that reflects the emotions surrounding its release.

Taking to Instagram, Loco shared his thoughts, saying: “Today marks my departure from AOMG, where I have spent the last 10 years.” He expressed his deep emotions regarding the single, explaining that it was not just a farewell but a sincere reflection of his time spent at the label.”I put in what I wanted to tell you… a simple goodbye wouldn’t be enough to capture the precious time of these ten years,” he noted. Although he was aiming for a beautiful farewell, he admitted that the song made him feel even more emotional after hearing the final version.

Loco’s departure follows the exit of other key AOMG artists such as Gray, Woo Won Jae, Lee Hi and GooseBumps at the beginning of March, and Simon Dominic and KUNST CODE in April. Since then, CODE KUNST together with Gray and Woo Won Jae have founded a new agency Duover, which may also represent other former AOMG artists in the future.

As Loco embarks on his next chapter, fans are eager to see what’s next for the talented rapper. Good luck to Loco in his future endeavors!
