Then, at lunchtime, Risabae was seen eating a small salad. Despite a colleague tempting her to take a bite of the hearty meal provided by the company, Risabae refrained and sniffed it instead.

His manager testified, “I have to beg her to eat tteokbokki with me, and it only happens about once a year. I heard she also likes ramen and mala soup, but never eats them and holds back.

This was also revealed in the episode “Last time [Risabae] if Ramyun was the last year.” She explained that she would rather not risk the types of foods that could cause her to gain weight or cause bloating and/or breakouts.

Risabae: If I eat [things like ramyun]I feel bloated. But I have something to photograph almost every day. I have to be in front of the camera every day. So I’d rather not be bloated.

Jun Hyun Moo: I understand. If you eat something wrong, a pimple could pop.

Risabae: When I get the occasional pimple, my subscribers like it. They can see my cover-up tricks. And they also see that my videos are all real and without edits or filters.

After the episode aired, viewers expressed concern about Risabae’s health and the potential negative impact the episode could have on younger viewers.

  • “I’m so disappointed in her. I thought he was a healthy person both physically and mentally. But if this is true, then she has an eating disorder and is obsessive.”
  • “But why show it on television?”
  • “This is a little worrying… He’s not well, obviously. He needs to start eating.
