Her words, thanking him for making her dream come true by visiting Malaysia, highlighted the deep bond she shares with her fans. It was clear that this concert was as much about the fans as it was about him, with Joon Gi acknowledging the supporters who had traveled from all over the world to take part in this special event.
Despite emphasizing that it was an “actors fanmeeting” rather than a concert, the evening featured an impressive set list of over 20 songs, blurring the lines between the two. His performances, full of emotion and energy, felt like a concert experience, especially with new songs like “DELETE” and “Dancing In The Moonlight” captivating the audience.
One of the highlights of the night was Joon Gi’s special cover of “Rasa Sayang.” The nostalgic melody sparked a chorus, uniting everyone in the crowd. Even when faced with technical difficulties, such as earphone equipment failures, he remained calm, delivering near-flawless performances that showcased his professionalism and dedication.
In an unexpected twist, Joon Gi shared that he hadn’t initially planned an Asia tour. However, overwhelming requests from fans pushed him to extend his trip to several countries, a testament to his commitment to his supporters. He ended the night on a hopeful note, promising to return to Malaysia in the future, leaving the audience buzzing.
