The mediation reportedly lasted four hours but ended without a resolution. A subsequent hearing is scheduled for June 16. The dispute centers on a lawsuit filed by Psi Scott’s mother seeking to recover assets his late grandfather left him, claiming he had behaved in an unfilial manner toward the family.

Psi Scott has publicly accused his brother of sexually abusing him over a period of years, claiming that other family members were aware of the situation but failed to intervene. After leaving court, Psi Scott presented reporters with a nondisclosure agreement that he said family members pressured him to sign in 2023. By his account, he initially turned to relatives for support after revealing allegations involving his brother and a former nanny.
