“Evidence” cited by netizens includes: similar couple elements, overlapping travel details, and visual similarities in photos and locations.
A viral post highlighted a suitcase that Haechan brought with him upon returning to Korea, which seemed identical, in individual stickers, to the one on the alleged girl’s account.
Another image reportedly showed a cardigan matching the one worn by the idol, further intensifying the speculation.
While dating rumors involving idols are not uncommon, this case has attracted attention for a different reason perceived as “SNS tips.”
Many online users believe the rumored girlfriend’s posts subtly reveal the relationship, leading her to criticize that she was “hinting” at their relationship, “showing off” through curated posts and indirectly interacting with fans.
This shift in focus from the report itself to the way it is presented has become the crux of the controversy.
