K-pop boy group DKZ has officially confirmed the end of its group activities, signaling a major transition as all members prepare to embark on solo careers.
Their agency, Dongyo Entertainment, released a formal statement announcing that the group will conclude promotions after completing scheduled activities until May 31, 2026. The decision was made after extensive discussions with the members, marking the closing of a significant chapter in the group’s journey.
In its announcement, the company expressed gratitude to fans for their unwavering support over the years and recognized the contributions of members. Special recognition was given to Jaechan and Juwon for leading the team for seven years, as well as Sehyeon, Mingyu, and Giseok, who joined in 2022 and strengthened the group’s lineup.
Even though the group’s promotions will end, the members are not distancing themselves from the entertainment industry. Starting in June 2026, all five artists will focus on individual activities. Jaechan and Juwon have renewed their contracts and are expected to expand into various fields, while Sehyeon, Mingyu and Giseok will continue to develop their careers under the same agency.

While the announcement may be bittersweet for fans, it also opens a new chapter full of opportunities. Rather than a farewell, DKZ’s disbandment represents a transition in which each member will pursue their own artistic path while continuing to connect with fans in new ways.
