On April 11, a video titled “Are we still the same even after so long?” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Jeeseokjin World. In the clip, Lee Sang Yeob joined Ji Suk Jin, Jeon So Min and Lee Mi Joo on a trip to Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, where they shared various stories along the way.
During the journey, Ji Suk Jin asked him if he had had breakfast. Lee Sang Yeob replied, “My wife made me pumpkin porridge”, adding that she prepares his meals every morning before he leaves for work, drawing admiration from those around him.
Ji Suk Jin then mentioned Lee Sang Yeob’s love story, saying: “Didn’t you fall in love at first sight?” Hearing this, Lee Mi Joo and Jeon So Min both reacted enthusiastically, commenting, “Isn’t she incredibly beautiful?” AND “She’s truly extraordinary” praising his wife’s appearance.
The conversation naturally turned to future family plans. When Ji Suk Jin said that their baby would probably be adorable, Lee Mi Joo asked him if he would prefer a daughter or a son. Lee Sang Yeob replied: “I would like a daughter” revealing his excitement at the prospect of becoming a “girl daddy.”
He also shared a lighthearted story of newlyweds. She had prepared some flowers for the Couple’s Day, but the delivery was delayed, creating a slightly embarrassing moment. However, once the flowers finally arrived, the mood quickly brightened up – an anecdote that made the group laugh.
Previously, Lee Sang Yeob appeared in Heo Young Man’s food journeywhere he talked about his first impression of his wife. He said, “When I saw her photo, she was so beautiful that she had such a glamorous aura that it was almost overwhelming.” He added that regardless of the outcome, he felt he had to meet her, which ultimately led to marriage.
Lee Sang Yeob married a non-famous woman who works in the financial industry in March 2024 after about nine months of dating. Since then, he has consistently expressed his affection for his wife, earning a reputation as a devoted and loving husband.
