The Stray Kids IN member personally reached out to fans with an apology following an unexpected incident during a recent fancon.

The moment occurred at the group’s fancon STAY in our little house. During the encore stage, the members moved around the venue to greet the fans more closely. While interacting with the crowd and exchanging high fives, IN suddenly lost his balance after tripping over something on the ground.
As he stumbled, he instinctively grabbed the nearest support for support: this turned out to be the outstretched hand of a fan. Even though the fan didn’t intend to throw him, her presence helped prevent what could have been a more serious fall.

Later that evening, IN took to a fan communications platform to address the situation directly. He expressed gratitude and concern, explaining that at the time he may have squeezed the fan’s hand too tightly and worried that he had caused discomfort or injury.

“Today was really fun. But I almost fell during the encore. Luckily, a STAY helped me, so I didn’t get hurt. I think I shook their hand too tightly, though, and I’m afraid I hurt them. I’m really grateful. It could have been worse, but they helped me. Tomorrow is already the last day, I will do even better” he shared.
The situation initially led to some misunderstanding online, with some viewers assuming a fan had brought him down. However, such assumptions were quickly corrected. Fans later apologized for the mix-up, and the person involved reportedly confirmed they were not injured.
The incident ultimately highlighted IN’s sincerity, as he took immediate responsibility and ensured that the fan’s well-being was taken into consideration.
