In episode 132 of the web variety show Salon drip by TEO, released on March 24, Park Min Young and Wi Ha Joon appeared as guests.
Park Min Young shared that it had been 20 years since she last appeared on a variety talk show. He explained that he had avoided such programs in the past out of concern that if viewers saw his true personality, it might make it more difficult for them to immerse themselves in his acting roles. However, she added that the change in circumstances led her to finally take on the look.
When host Jang Do Yeon asked, “What is the real Park Min Young like?” the actress responded by asking: “What do you think?” Jang Do Yeon replied, “You have done many projects, but your debut left a strong impression. High kick! AND The Sungkyunkwan scandal they were very impactful. Even though you were playing a student, you had a strong aura.”
Jang Do Yeon continued, “You seem sharp and composed. And your real personality?” Park Min Young replied, “At all,” while Wi Ha Joon added, “She’s quirky, a little four-dimensional and cute.” Park Min Young explained: “I’m not usually a perfectionist, but when I work I become one, and then I relax again.”
When Jang Do Yeon mentioned that he had been watching the drama “The Siren’s Kiss” live, Park Min Young joked, “You looked The mermaid’s kiss instead of baseball yesterday? Thank you,” before confessing that she herself watched the drama on TV while simultaneously following a baseball game on her phone, drawing laughter.
Noticing her playful behavior, Jang Do Yeon commented, “You look like you have sparkling eyes.” to which Park Min Young responded, “I hear that a lot.” Wi Ha Joon also chimed in, “She’s really funny,” highlighting its unexpected charm.
