Letting out a sigh, V added that he was also thinking about filming his review, explaining that he was curious how fans would perceive their long-awaited return.

Pressure behind the comeback

V made no secret of the immense pressure he felt while preparing for BTS’ reunion performance.

“Since it’s been a while since all seven of us prepared something together, we really tried to work very hard,” he shared. “Because it’s been so long, I wanted to do well without being nervous, so I trained more times than usual.”

He stressed that the group strives for perfection:
“We wanted to show a perfect performance and be evaluated by ARMYs.”

Despite the concert’s success, V hinted at lingering feelings, sighing again during the live broadcast and admitting: “I still feel a little awkward.”

Love for the album ‘ARIRANG’

V also spoke about the group’s new album ARIRANG, expressing his deep appreciation for its emotional depth.

“There are many versions of ‘Arirang.’ You can sing it when you’re happy, when you’re sad – it carries so many emotions. Those feelings paired well with the last part of ‘Body to Body’.” he explained.

He added that although the idea didn’t come from him, he has grown to appreciate it:

“At first I was like, ‘Huh?’ but the more I listened, the more I thought, ‘Oh, this is good.’”

“We really gave our all”

When the album was officially released, V humbly asked for fans’ continued support:

“It’s only been a day, but it seems like we’re getting a lot of positive responses. We’ve been working really hard, grinding our teeth to get this ready, so please show us a lot of love.”

He also revealed the physical toll of preparation, saying: “I’ve lost a lot of weight. Even when I work out, it doesn’t really come back.”

Fans responded with overwhelming support, praising his dedication and noting the effort the group put into their long-awaited comeback.

Meanwhile, BTS maintained theirs BTS RETURN LIVE | ARIRANG concert at Gwanghwamun Square on March 21, marking their first performance with the full group in nearly four years.
