On March 15, Kim Si-a shared several photos and a video on her Instagram account with the caption: “Leoncino class 26” referring to Hanyang University’s mascot and his new status as a freshman.
In the photos, Kim Si-a can be seen attending the university entrance ceremony. What particularly caught attention was the fact that the actress, born in 2008, has already entered the class of 2026, making her one of the youngest students in her group.
Kim Si-a had previously passed the middle school equivalent exam and then entered Hanlim Arts High School a year earlier than usual. This is why he studied together with students born in 2007 and now began his university life while still legally a minor.
Meanwhile, Kim Si-a received the Best Young Actress award at the KBS Drama Awards held in December last year. In the same year, she appeared in the drama Walking on thin iceas Park Soo-ah, Kang Eun-soo’s daughter, a character played by Lee Young-ae.
During her acceptance speech, Kim Si-a confidently said: “So far I have greeted everyone as a child actress, but from now on I hope to meet you as actress Kim Si-a,” expressing her determination to continue growing in her acting career.
