2PM’s Nichkhun recently shared a disturbing experience via his Instagram story, revealing that he was followed and harassed by a woman who identified herself as his fan.
According to the singer the accident occurred late at night near his home. He said the woman followed him for about 30 minutes, walking behind him while yelling and swearing in Chinese. The situation made him feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
To avoid revealing where he lives, Nichkhun he decided not to return home while she continued to follow him. Instead, he headed to the nearby police station and asked officers for help. After the intervention of the authorities, the woman was prevented from continuing to chase him.
Because he was concerned that the individual may still be waiting nearby, Nichkhun was eventually escorted back to his residence in a police vehicle for safety.
In his statement, the artist also stated who knows the woman’s identity and intends to take legal action. He stated that the situation had escalated to the point that she physically assaulted him during the meeting, describing it as a serious invasion of her personal space and safety.
Nichkhun also sent a direct message to the woman, warning her to never return to the area around his home or attend any of his future events.
At the same time, he addressed his larger fan base, noting that most fans respect his privacy and allow him to live normally outside of his career as a public figure. However, he stressed that anyone who crosses those boundaries cannot truly be considered a fan.
Although Nichkhun admitted that he wrote the post while he was still angry about what happened, he said he believed it was important to speak out and clearly express his position on the issue.
