According to music industry reports on March 14, BTS plans to rehearse at a different location before their own comeback performance scheduled for March 21 at 8pm in Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. Rehearsals usually take place in the same place where the concert will take place. However, as the event will be held on an open-air stage in the city centre, organizers have reportedly decided to secure a separate rehearsal location to address safety concerns. The move is also believed to help prevent the setlist and performance details, including new songs, from leaking out in advance the show.
Authorities are also speeding up preparations for the large-scale event. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency is currently carrying out final safety inspections ahead of the concert. Police plan to implement a “stadium-style crowd management system” to strengthen operations at the scene.
On the day of the concert, a monitoring team will monitor the crowd density in real time. Additionally, personnel from event organizers, the Seoul City Government and other related agencies will be stationed at 31 entrance gates to coordinate and determine when to activate crowd control measures.
Security measures are also being strengthened to prepare for potential threats. Police plan to place barricades and police buses along major roads and nearby streets to prevent incidents such as vehicle ramming attacks. Pedestrian metal detectors will also be installed at spectator entrances to block the entry of dangerous objects.

A police official advised attendees to bring as few personal belongings as possible, noting that heightened security checks could increase the time it takes to enter the venue. The police special forces unit will also be deployed to conduct thorough security checks throughout the event area.
