According to an exclusive report from MBN, Bangbae Police Station in Seoul recently reported a male suspect, identified only as Ato the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office on charges of sexual intercourse for abuse of authority.
Authorities say the alleged incident occurred in Seoul last year, where the suspect is accused of sexually assaulting a woman called BThe victim reportedly managed to flee the scene and immediately contacted authorities by calling 112, South Korea’s emergency number.
During the police investigation, the suspect reportedly strongly denied the allegations. However, investigators concluded that there was sufficient evidence to support the accusation and decided to refer the case to the prosecutor’s office.
The actor’s identity has not been revealed publicly, although reports describe him as one of the country’s leading musical artists. Further details about the case are expected to be revealed in an upcoming MBN broadcast “News 7.”
