On March 11, Lee Na Young met with reporters at a bar in Jongno-gu, Seoul, where she discussed the conclusion of the ENA series and her experience of returning to television after three years. “Honor” is a mystery drama about three female lawyers who face their past after a huge scandal resurfaces. The series is based on a Swedish drama of the same name. The show debuted with a national rating of 3.1%, the highest rating for a Monday-Tuesday ENA series premiere, and concluded on March 10 with its record 4.7% viewership nationwide.
In the drama, Lee Na Young played lawyer Yoon Ra Young, delivering an emotionally intense performance that resonated with viewers and marked a successful return to the small screen. Reflecting on the series finale, the actress expressed gratitude for the audience’s response. “I’m relieved we finished safely. The genre may seem a little heavy-handed, but I’m grateful that more people responded than I expected.” he said.
Lee Na Young also revealed that her husband, actor Won Bin, watched the series. However, she avoided revealing any plot details to him while he was on the air. “Won Bin watched it, but because I remained silent about the story, he kept trying to guess what would happen next. He’d say things like, ‘It’s like this, isn’t it?’ while I observe my reactions. But I didn’t tell him anything until the end. I just thought, ‘This is going well.'” he explained.
He added, laughing, that his family hasn’t been able to watch every episode live. Instead, he encouraged them to watch them later via streaming. “We couldn’t watch every episode live. I felt embarrassed, so I told them to watch it later on Coupang Play,” he said.
When asked if Won Bin had provided her detailed feedback, Lee Na Young admitted that their conversations about the drama were lighthearted rather than analytical. “We’re not ones to get into detailed criticism. It was more like, ‘That went well,’ or ‘You did pretty well.’ He kept teasing me.” she said, adding that she tends to feel shy whenever she receives compliments.

Meanwhile, the couple’s 11-year-old son was unable to watch the drama due to its 15+ rating. Lee Na Young said her son was curious about his work but still doesn’t fully understand his acting career. “He couldn’t watch it because it’s rated 15+. He wanted to watch it, but I didn’t let him. He finds it fascinating, but he still doesn’t really understand acting. He only watches cartoons and keeps wondering if it’s all real.” he shared.
The actress added that she hopes she will watch the drama one day in the future. “I hope he can watch it later. It might be helpful for him to learn about society through stories like this,” he said.
