On March 23, 2026, Min Hee Jin publicly responded to Dispatch’s recent report accusing her of orchestrating the termination of NewJeans’ contract and destabilizing ADOR.
Through her Instagram story posted that day, Min Hee Jin strongly refuted the allegations and criticized the outlet’s reporting. He wrote, “This is it DAVOLINK season 2? LOL. No one will fall for that kind of fiction again. The ability to exaggerate and create something from nothing reminds me of a place I know.”
He continued, “Instead of focusing on the civil case of ordinary people, please investigate the person under criminal investigation more diligently.” Although he did not directly mention a name, online speculation pointed towards HYBE president Bang Si Hyuk.
Min Hee Jin also said that negative media campaigns have intensified following her recent legal victory. “It seems like they’ve been working on making reverse marketing viral since I won my case last week. It’s a really cliché tactic,” he stated.
Addressing Dispatch directly, he underlined his right to respond: “Central, remember that I have the right to refute your claims when you report. Please stop spreading false information and observe your journalistic ethics.”
He concluded with a firm warning about the legal consequences:
“Dispatch will be held civilly and criminally liable to the fullest extent of the law for the false reporting on DAVOLINK and today’s reporting. I will hold the same media outlets accountable for copying Dispatch articles and generating page views. I’m sick of it.”
As of March 23, 2026, Dispatch has not released an official follow-up statement regarding Min Hee Jin’s response. The escalating litigation continues to attract intense attention in the context of the broader legal conflict surrounding NewJeans, ADOR and HYBE.
