According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK held their world tour concert on January 20th.EXPIRATION‘ at the Tokyo Dome from January 16th to 18th. This marks the third time the group has performed at this iconic venue, following concerts in 2019 and 2023.
All three shows were sold out, with a total audience of approximately 165,000 attendees. To commemorate the opening night, four major landmarks in Japan, including Tokyo Tower and Kobe Port Tower, were lit up in BLACKPINK’s signature pink color, attracting the attention of fans and the general public.
The concerts opened with powerful performances of hit songs such as “Kill this love” AND “Pink poison.” BLACKPINK then took fans on a musical journey through their career, performing songs ranging from their debut track “Whistle” to their latest release “JUMP“, published in July last year.
“Time has passed so quickly, which makes this even more bittersweet,” the members shared. “We have received so much energy over these three days and we want to sincerely thank every single fan for their love and support.”

After the Tokyo Dome concerts, BLACKPINK will conclude their world tour with performances at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong from January 24 to 26. The tour began in July last year at Goyang Stadium in South Korea and includes 33 shows in 16 cities around the world.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will release their new mini-album ‘EXPIRATION‘ on February 27th. This will be the group’s first album released after approximately three years and five months since their second full-length album’BORN PINK‘, further increasing anticipation among fans around the world.
