On January 19, at the 10th Korea Musical Awards, Lee Sung Kyung was awarded the Best Newcomer (Female) award for her role in the musical Aladdin, marking a major milestone in her career.

In the musical, Lee Sung Kyung played Princess Jasmine, delivering a memorable performance full of captivating voice and stage presence, even in her musical debut. Her visual appeal and dynamic portrayal of the character have earned her the affectionate nickname “Bismine (Biblee + Jasmine)” from fans, highlighting her unique take on the beloved role.
